Abschätzung nach CKD-EPI-Formel

Für die Beurteilung der renalen Filtrationsleistung rsp. der Ablkärung renaler Dysfunktion wird die Glomeruläre Filtrationsrate (GFR) herangezogen. Hier können Sie mit der CKD-EPI-Formel für Erwachsene die GFR abschätzen.

Die Berechnung erfolgt nach der Formel: GFR=[m:141/w:144]*(Min([S-Kreatinin]/{m:0,7/f:0,9},1))^{m:-0,411/w:-0,329}*(Max([S-Kreatinin]/{m:0,9/w:0,7},1))^(-1.209) * 0.993^(Lebensalter) * {m:1,018/w:1} * {hell:1/dunkel:1,159}
