g-Kraft berechnen

In Suspension befindliche Protein- oder DNA-Moleküle werden durch die Zentrifugation zu dem Punkt hin beschleunigt, der am weitesten vom Rotationszentraum entfernt ist. Mit diesem Programm können Sie die relative Zentrifugalkraft berechnen.

Die Berechnung erfolgt nach der Formel: RCF = 11.17 * {Radius in cm} * ({rpm}/1000)^2
